FOUNDER, KOA MANA
Kenny Constantinides
Kenny is a former Navy SEAL, firefighter, lifeguard and Division I athlete who now dedicates his life to guiding young men toward strength, purpose, and self-leadership. Drawing from decades of experience in elite teams and high-pressure environments, he created Koa Mana to offer something real—a place where challenge meets mentorship, and boys grow into grounded, capable men. After 2.5 years of coaching and mentoring young men remotely, he brought the missing piece to life; Koa Mana.
“I created Koa Mana because I believe young men need fire, structure, and purpose—not lectures. This is about learning to lead yourself, for real.”
